- What makes you different from other local
Photographers? Why should I hire you.
We give you a High Resolution CD & Copyright of
ALL your pictures at no charge. Our Photographers are
Friendly and Fast. We won't waste time on your wedding
day; we understand that you don't want to keep your guests
waiting any longer than they have to. If you have booked
our Videographer and/or DJ they are communicating with
each other and they operate as a team . Look at our work.
- How quickly will I receive my prints?
2-5 Weeks.
- How many pictures do you take?
We are not limited. We we will take as many as is needed
and then develop them and send them all to you, at
which time you have 2 options: 1) you can purchase
the extra pics at a nominal charge or 2) you can take
what is in your package and send back the extras.
- How would you describe your photographic style?
Our photographers incorporate all 3 styles (Artistic,
Photojournalistic, and Traditional). Although most
brides like to incorporate all three styles on their
wedding, we match up our photographer with the style
that you like the most.
- How far are you willing to travel? Is there a travel
charge?
We've done weddings as far as Jacksonville, Ft Lauderdale,
and Ft Myers, but do charge a travel charge (usually
$50) for anything outside of Hillsborough or Pinellas
Counties.
- Can we request both that both
color and black & white
photography be used at the wedding?
Yes
- Do you bring an assistant to the wedding to help
coordinate portraits?
With our higher end packages yes, but even with the packages
that include one photographer, if you are doing Video
with us, the Videographer is assisting the Photographer
during the formals.
- Can I keep the negatives? Is there an extra charge
for this service? How much?
Yes, we give you a CD of all the Pictures at NO CHARGE,
and will also give you a letter giving you copyrights
to them.
- What new ideas have you implemented in the last
couple years? Are you current with latest trends?
We have implemented more of an artistic style. We encourage
our Photographers regularly attend conferences to increase
their skills. We have a Photography Manager who spends
time with our photographers to critique their work and
improving their skills. We also have our photographers
learn from each other. Each of them has strengths in
different areas so they all benefit from each other.
- Can guests view and order shots on-line? How soon
will the photos be put on-line?
Yes we can put the pictures online which can be available
1 week after the wedding.
- What is your event cancellation policy?
We generally don't give refunds if cancelled 6 months
within the wedding date, although we will hold the
credit which you can use at a later date or use for
our other services.
- What are your standard payment terms? How much
is the deposit?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, & Discover. On All Inclusive
Packages it's 1/3rd down, then a middle third payment,
and the balance being due 1 week before the wedding.
For individual services its' Half down and Balance due
one week before wedding. We are flexible and can work
with you.
- Do we need to provide a meal for the photographer?
If the Photographer is booked on your wedding for 6 hours
or longer we ask that you either provide a meal or
allow him 45 minutes to go get something to eat.
- How early do you typically arrive before an event?
It is completely your choice, but we recommend at least
1 hour before your wedding. If you are doing all the
formals with the exception of the Bride and Groom together
before the ceremony we recommend at least 1 ½ hr.
If you are doing all the formals before the wedding
we recommend at least 2 hours.
- How many months in advance do I need to reserve
your services for my wedding date?
For Spring & Fall Weddings we book up about 9 months
to a year. For Summer and Winter Weddings about 6-9 months
in advance.
